IMPORTANT: Not all listed showers will PASS THROUGH A STANDARD 800mm DOORWAY.

A shower that will not fit through a standard 800mm wide doorway will need to be in place before the room is made (still being mindful of exterior doorways), dropped in before the roof goes on (as with a lot of transportables) or gain access via a window or gap in the wall.
